I blowed up the Internet last night by exposing the wage gap myth and saying most women would be happier as housewives.

Here are the hate facts that shocked America.

1- Women earn less than men because they choose to. They put their daughter’s piano recital over staying at the office all night to work on a proposal. This means they get awarded less. Men do the opposite.

This hate fact had some spinster at Salon declare I was mentally ill.

2- Young women without kids actually make more than men. Nobody mentioned this. Not even the Blaze.

3- Feminism has made women less happy. This is an old study and it noticed what we already saw with our own eyes. When women comply with their genes, when they create life and nurture it, they are happier than when they sit with an iPad at a meeting scheduling the next month’s expense reports.

4- You can’t have it all. A handful of women have pulled this off but some people have won gold medals too. You are not going to have a lucrative career and then all the kids you want at 40. Your ovaries are an hour-glass and it gets turned upside down at 30. By 35, the sand is gone. I know you think you don’t want kids but you’re going to change your mind. Even Barabara Corcoran changed her mind.

5- A tiny fraction of the women who are voting for Hillary are doing so based on her policies. We know this because time and time again women are unable to come up with reasons outside of “It’s time for a woman president.” The state department spokeswoman can’t come up with any examples of Hillary’s accomplishments nor can Hillary. In fact, when she’s asked, she throws up her arms and says, “Isn’t it time for a woman president.”

So im just going to come out and say it.

gutfeld is getting his own primtime gig on sundays.

    red eye lost its daddy.

what will it take for you to have a permenant home @ red eye?

  2. Walter says:

    Gavin,

Even though I agree with what you say, how you say it is the least interesting way to present the argument. People who are right don’t need to shout and this makes you seem wrong.

Let’s bring your wife onto the podcast and hash this issue out with a woman? Let’s hear you talk to her about these topics in an open and rational manner. Your fitting into the Red vs Blue media costume and the suit doesn’t fit.

    You’re smarter than that.

  3. Jodi says:

Feminism centers around trying to get equal rights. Why are you proud to say you’re against that? Would you be equally proud to say that you are against equal treatment of the different races? Just a thought.

  4. Kathleen says:

@Jodi it seems to me that feminists are the ones who desire to force women into the work force and shame them for wanting to be good wives and mothers. What Gavin argues isn’t anything unreasonable, he’s just stating the fact that women are extremely important to society as mothers. He also never once has stated that ALL women should be forced to stay at home and raise a family. Just that most have a natural proclivity to do so. I’m much more happy and content as a proud mother than I was trying to be a successful businesswoman. And all my peers who chose to stay on the career-oriented path are finding themselves in a miserable position in life. Also feminism in 2015 in the West has nothing to do with equal rights so let’s cut the bull crap shall we?

  5. jeff says:

jodi first and second wave feminism was about equal rights.

third wave feminism is literally a leftist plot to destroy the family

  6. Figaro says:

Feminists aren’t about equal rights anymore. They want to be more equal. If they’d just admit that men and women are not the same…but then they’d have to look inward and that won’t serve them well.

Men and women are complimentary to each other. It’s basic science and an undeniable fact. Men and women need each other. Not as equals but as a unit. Equal dignity? Yes. Affirmative action forcing employers to hire a less qualified candidate just because she’s not a he? No thanks.

And while we’re at it, why don’t women fight for jobs in the waste pickup field? Or are they too equal to be garbagemen now?

  7. BourbonDecay says:

Earth to Jodi- women have equal rights. This is America, not the Middle East. This was possibly the greatest thing on t.v. in a long time. I thought it was pretty ironic that when she couldn’t come up with a cogent argument she stooped to insulting Gavin’s wardrobe. How empowering.

  8. Jane says:

Jodi I think you are hanging out with the wrong crowd. If you want to stay home , stay home. I have never heard any negative talk about women who decide to take this option. I am also a proud mother who works full time and always have. My husband and I both have our Master of Science degrees from the LSE in the London. Our oldest daughter graduated with a BA, magna cum laude from the University of Chicago our youngest daughter is in high school holding a 3.9 GPA. I manage to hold a full time job and take care of my family. As for your peers, maybe it’s your perception that they are miserable. You seem to have rather made up your own mind about what’s right for the rest of us.

  9. Girls says:

OH. EM. GEE. I LIKE LITERALLY CAN’T EVEN.

  10. joeyjoejoe says:

“I’m shaking.” I remember when Larry Summers gave his speech touching on male vs female rates of genius some broad in the room used the same line.

It’s funny how hearing a contradictory point of view doesn’t make these women uncomfortable or angry, they actually have physical meltdowns and lose control of themselves.

  11. Dan of the Mole People says:

Jodi, if the world was for equal treatment of the races, colleges would be 65% Asians.

  12. Grendel says:

You’re sooooo lame now; how does it feel to see your former Vice partners doing bigger and better things, and you’re just sitting in a
    puddle of lameness?

  13. GrendelSucksCocks says:

I’m sure Gavin would rather trade his children, conscience, and independence to travel to North Korea and interview ISIS members over the skype.

  14. dun says:

Gavin tells the truth. Well, atleast his truth. He believes it. Shane just straight up lies. I think, and Gavin would probably agree, he made the right choice.

  15. ??? says:

Lemme break this down for ya: women choose not to have children because they don’t want to sacrifice their precious time and take on real responsibility. They are the female equivalent of a man-child gamer. The problem is that when they eventually get older, once it’s too late, they realize they are alone in a world that doesn’t give a shit about them while they watch their friends’ families thrive and have resources (their children’s families) to care for them when they are old and sick. The childless are fools. They have have been manipulated by the media into thinking family is a dead end so they have money to spend on consuming nonsense. I have 3 childless friends. They waste their time and money on professional speakers seminars about ‘how to have a full life’ and then tell them to come back next month for the real key to happiness. The irony is palpable.

  16. Ike says:

Shoulda asked her to make ya a sandwich but how many harpy feminist can even make one nowadays. Btw, good article by Gregory Hood over at Radix Journal on the new Mad Max movie that dovetails nicely with what you’ve been talkin bout.

  17. ABC says:

America would be a much more conservative or libertarian or neo-fascist or whatever it is that Gavin believes in country if white liberals had more babies.
