I don’t really know much about Gavin McInnes other than he’s the Godfather of Hipsters or something and he’s funny and an asshole. I read this interview with him today and I really liked what he had to say about going to the brain gym:
“Suffering isn’t easy but there’s joy derived from it. Look at working out. People put their bodies through pain to get stronger and lose body fat and replace it with muscle. Why can’t they do that with their brain? For me, arguing is like going to the brain gym.”
